Neil said... The check in process was effortless however there were alot more people than what the cruise could accommodate. The was not enough complimentary snacks, coffee, and hot chocolate available and there was more passengers than seats. Many passengers had to stand. The live commentary from a marine biologist could not be heard inside. There was very little communication from the staff throughout the cruise. I was very disappointed with the service and the experience.

Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend
