Today's experience was absolutely terrible and deeply disappointing. The boat was out at sea for only a dozen minutes; we never made it to the open sea, let about the whale-watching spot, before turning back. The excuse given was 'rough waves,' but the sea was actually calm with barely any whitecaps. The captain and crew made the decision to return without even consulting us, completely wasting our time and money. Terrible experience, 1 star
