Mauro said... We were not picked up by the bus at all! We were waiting for more than 30minutes at the pick up point, no one came to pick us up. We tripled checked our booking and selected pick up point, we got the booking confirmation, but we were left stranded at 6 am in the morning on the street. We tried to call, the hotline did not work, sent email for a refund no body responded, we are still waiting for our refund!
