Whale teaching with Sydney Harbour Cruise

One of the amazing encounter with the biggest sea mammals, the whales. We had an awesome day out with the team who were very friendly, nice lunch and spectacular whale watching. We enjoyed it all. Would highly recommend

Whale watching experience

Dear Team, We were disappointed with our experience on your cruise yesterday. We joined the cruise expecting a whale-watching experience, but unfortunately the whales were viewed only from a very long distance. We had previously been on a Fantasea whale-watching cruise in June 2023, where the vessel approached to an appropriate viewing distance (while still following regulations), which gave us a much better experience. In comparison, yesterday's cruise remained much farther away, making it difficult to properly observe the whales. We understand that whale-watching operators must follow strict guidelines for the safety and welfare of the animals. However, based on our previous experience, we felt that the viewing distance yesterday was much greater than expected. We hope you can consider providing a closer viewing experience within the permitted guidelines, as this would greatly improve customer satisfaction. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Good experience but not 100% happy

The experience was good. Nice vessel and good food. The only problem it’s that I don’t think it’s a good idea to have lunch and then go to the open sea.. everyone was seasick and not enjoying at all the experience. They need to find a better way to provide de meal, maybe after the sea sighting. Besides that I think it’s worth it and the people from the vessel were really friendly and trying to gave us a good experience.
