It was so peaceful, relaxing and rejuvenating! I had booked for two but they only had 1 tank available at one hour and the other tank available for another time. So we had to cancel but Symee was great right from the time we booked all the way through til we walked out of there. Thankfully they had cancellations for the day I had booked and Symee thought of us straight away. So thank you Symee for remembering us and for managing to get us in eventually. Great communication between Him and Tash from bookme. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at The Orchard. It is such a hidden gem! Such huge tanks and it’s perfect just to get away from everyone, float and be in your own world for an hour. We Felt so relaxed and calm right after we were so tempted to cancel the rest of our day. We will definitely be back to try all the other services thank you so much Symee for being so helpful and for the awesome customer service. We will be back real soon.
