Anna Matteucci said... I have lived on the gold coast for 20 years,.and although I have seen them from afar I have never seen them next to the boat. Hervey Bay is the place to go as the whales are know to swim up to the boat and even come up and have a peak . This has been an unforgettable experience. The skipper and crew were friendly and certainly experience in spotting and knowledge. Don't wait just do it. It's incredible!!!!
